Sour Cream Pancakes

Need a pancake?  A REALLY REALLY good pancakes?

I thought so.  (Yeah, no step by step photos, I made these at 11:00.)

1/2 cup plain yogurt  (If your wondering where the sour cream is, I used 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup half and half in place of 1 cup sour cream)
1/2 cup half and half
7 tablespoons flour  (If your a smarty and know what 7 tablespoons is than tell me!)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
butter
syrup

Place a skillet over medium-low heat.  place the yogurt, half and half, flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, and salt.  Stir together until ALMOST combined.  Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.  Add vanilla and mix again.  Pour the egg/vanilla mixture in the flour mixture and mix again, until ALMOST combined.  Melt butter in a skillet.  Pour batter onto the skillet 1/4 cup at a time.  Serve hot with bacon.

Enjoy!
