Fresh Apple Cake

Man,  This is a very good cake.  Let me say that again..  THIS IS A GREAT CAKE.  I made this for breakfast, thinking it would be healthy enough.  But this has 1 1/2 cup of oil.  Which makes it extremely delectable. And unhealthy. And good.  Did I mention it's good?  My Noni (grandma) put this recipe in her church cook book, and sent one of them to us.  And I love that cook book.

Preheat oven to 325.
grab about 3 apples, and finally chop them.  Sprinkle them with a bit of lemon juice.

To a mixer, throw in 2 cup sugar,

1 1/2 cup oil.....

.....2 tsp. vanilla...

2 eggs,

and 1 tsp. salt.

Mix to combined.

Measure 3 cups flour, and 1 1/4 teaspoons soda.

Then grab 1/4 tsp. of these guys, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves.  Dump them in the batter along with the flour and soda.  Mix to combined.

Now add 1 cup chopped pecans and the apples.

Press batter into a bundt pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Ohhhh,  enjoy!
