Chocolate Souffle.

Yum.  That's all I have to say.  These are GOOOODDDD.  I dream of these. fudgy, warm, and oh so satisfying!  This is the ultimate comfort food!






 First, simmer some milk.  2/3 cup to be exact.  Put in 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee.



Cream together 1/2 cup butter, 1 1/4 cups sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. 


Add 4 eggs one at a time. 


 To a small bowl, dump in 2/3 cup flour.


 2/3 cup cocoa and 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.


Whisk that all together.  Pour that into the butter mixture, as well as the milk. 


Pour the batter into 8 6 oz. ramekins.  


Pour some water into a rimed baking sheet, 


 and bake the souffle in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. I would recommend 45.

Plop some whip-cream on top and REALLY enjoy.
