French Toast with Berry Butter

This is.........   So.......  Good...... There.......  Are...............  No................  Words to describe it!!!!  Shall I say more?  French toast is one of my favorite breakfasts.  This,  is the best french toast you will EVER have. Period.

French Toast with Berry butter

First let's make the berry butter, whip 1 cup unsalted butter till fluffy.  (please use unsalted.)

You can add some powdered sugar if you want to.

Then you add some berries.  You can add any kind you want!
Blueberries, strawberries,   ext.  But Only whip it on low for like 5 seconds. you want the     berries to be whole, trust me.

Then lay out a sheet of foil,

A sheet of plastic rap on top of that,

then add the berry butter in a straight line, and rap it up with the plastic rap...

...Then "neatly" rap it up in the foil.

place it in the freezer for 30 minutes, then put it in the fridge over night.

Nice and perdy!!

Now let's make the French toast. Shall we?
Mix 2 cups half in half, 4 egg yolks (I only had 3), 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Whisk to combined.

 Dip the bread in it.......

......and fry them on a hot griddle.

         And flip, like this.

Put a slab of berry butter on top, and some maple syrup and vuala!!  (I don't know how to spell that)

Mmmmmm.  Look how yummy that looks.  And indeed, it was yummy.

You can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.

 Okay that's good.

That's enough I said.

STOP!!!

Enjoy!
