My family LOVES these I mean L-O-V-E. They are great with there brownie texture, but with a blond look to them. These are a variation to regular blondies, by adding chocolate chips and baking them in muffin tins. Delicious!!!
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark, what ever floats your boat!)
Directions
Chocolate chip Blondies
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark, what ever floats your boat!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mist a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper cups..
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt; stir with fork until combined.
Next, melt butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat.
Remove from heat and add brown sugar. That's right, 2 cups of it.
Let cool slightly, then add 1... Sorry 2 eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in flour mixture,
then chocolate chips
Portion out a little less than 1/4 of a cup in each muffin cup, smooth tops with spatula, then bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Then eat as your eye's roll into the back of your head.
Enjoy!
