Nut Bread

 Warning!  Worst pictures EVER TAKEN DOWN BELLOW!!  I made the batter at 9:00 last night, so the pictures are not very appetizing.  But the bread is AMAZING.

Preheat oven to 350.
 Lightly beat 3 eggs.

 Pour in 1/3 cup oil...

And 1 1/2 cups milk. 

To a separate bowl, dump in 3 cups flour, 

1 1/2 cup pecans... 

1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons baking powder,

1 1/4 cups sugar... 

and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.  Mix together.

Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix to combined. 

Pour into a greased loaf pan. 

 It will be REALLY full, but it will be OK, trust me, I know.  Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
